Every engagement with ImmediCare begins with a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) — a legal requirement under HIPAA for any partner that handles protected health information on your behalf.
All PHI is handled exclusively by our US-based team, stored with encryption, access-controlled by role, and audit-logged. We never transmit patient data offshore. We never store billing documents in publicly accessible systems.
